Rylie is about halfway done with her swimming lessons. We go to the Y on Sunday evenings for a half hour lesson for 8 weeks. Sometimes daddy swims and sometimes mommy and sometimes we both swim with her. We think it's great getting her used to the water at a young age and hopefully we'll get to swim a few times this summer. There is one song we do, that I remember from lessons when I was little, and it goes "motor boat motor boat go so slow" then "go so fast" and when it gets to the "step on the gas" part, daddy is usually taking Rylie flying over some imaginary waves on her kick board.
If you look close enough, she's giving me the bird!
Testing out the hammock for the first time

I'm happy to say that I've been to 3 Brewer games for work so far...love my job. At this particular game, a few of us we were able to sign Bob Uecker's giant get well card and were asked to do an interview for tmj4. I declined (shocking, I know), but my co-worker Stephanie accepted. You can check her out online at http://www.todaystmj4.com/. Search for the "Fans Wish Uecker Well" video.

Rylie is still crawling all over the place...getting faster each day. She generally heads straight for the entertainment center or the desk in the office, which are both far more appealing than any of her toys. So needless to say, we're keeping busy following her around. She's managed to pull herself up on quite a few things and has no problem plopping back down. Rylie has been clapping for a couple months too (Grr Mom has worked on patty cake quite a bit with her). Her most recent trick is waving, but I have yet to catch it on video. She usually ends up waving after the person has already walked away, but it's so cute anyway! She also shares her paci and puffs with mommy. Our little peanut is 10 months old today, so stay tuned for some new pictures (if she'll sit for them)!
